My recent trip to NYC has made me a David Chang aholic. I just bought his cookbook and highly recommend. Yes, most recipes are very difficult to do if you don't have a commercial kitchen, but his cooking is truly and art and that is what should be appreciated. One that I have tried at home was the ginger scallion sauce with ramen noodles. Simple and light. He will be at Williams Sonoma this Thursday November 5, 2009 and at Omnivore Books Sunday, November, 8, 2009.
